reducing techniques. Her classes are a powerful combination of movements, educations do support to ensure an excellent workout.
Ms. Bell’s own personal practice, training, and teachings include, Dance, Weight lifting, Yoga, Pilates, Athletic performance, Marathons, Massage & bodywork, Clean eating and Stress Reduction. Ms. Bell has planned and participated in numerous health conferences and wellness events for organizations such as: Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, Sinkler Miller, Physician Group, Summit Medical Hospital, American Diabetes Association, the Associate of Black Cardiologists, and Public Health Departments.
